BIJAO LEAF: JUANE
Juane is a popular and tradicional jungle food, is normally consumed in all regions of the jungle, but.... there are different types of juane?
TRADITIONAL JUANE

This type of juane comes from generation to generation, with the same recipe contains rice, chicken, olive and eggs. Normally people accompany it with its cocona sauce and roasted plantain.
This juane is similar to the traditional one, only that instead of chicken contains pork, rice, egg and olive. It is also served with cocona sauce and cooked yucca.
JUANE: yucca
This juane is totally different from the previous ones, because it does not contain rice, nor any of the others ingredients. Its content is made of yucca and inside it carries a piece of fish.
NINAJUANE
This juane only contain chichen giblets. It also contains corrander, tomato and beating egg. It is serbed with ruce and its cocona and onion sauce
ABISPAJUANE
Tarapotina theory, contain rice, ground meat and egg pieces. It is accompany with roastes plantain.
MY EATING HABITS
Hi, i'm Pierre. I'm from Peru. For the mornings i usually eat bread with beaten eggs. Sometimes my mol makes tacacho with fried chicken. I accompany it with a hot drink(tea, coffe or milk); for lunch we usually make tallarin con pollo, is reallu delicious. My favorite food is tallarin verde. Sometimes we go to eat pollo a la brasa, and they mostly selldelicious wherever we go. Recommendable.
